Description:
Responsibilities:-
- General support to the operation of virtual office
- Servicing client and attend to their enquiries
- Redirection of mails
- General office administration
- Provide assistance to company secretarial team
- Ad-hocadministration in other work areas as and when required/necessary
Requirements:-
- ’O’ level, NiTEC, Diploma, Business Admin or equivalent
- Fresh graduates will be considered for junior position
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good oral and written communications in English are essentials
- Independent, multi-tasking, good personality with positive attitude
