Responsibilities:-

  • General support to the operation of virtual office
  • Servicing client and attend to their enquiries
  • Redirection of mails
  • General office administration
  • Provide assistance to company secretarial team
  • Ad-hocadministration in other work areas as and when required/necessary

Requirements:-

  • ’O’ level, NiTEC, Diploma, Business Admin or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for junior position
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good oral and written communications in English are essentials
  • Independent, multi-tasking, good personality with positive attitude
