Data Entry Admin

What’s in it for you?

  • $25 an hour
  • 9am to 5pm / 8am to 4pm - 1 hour unpaid lunch

3- 4 month contract - possibility for Extention or get permanent.

Remote position (might have to go into the office once in a while)

What will you be doing?

  • Creating, tracking, and reconciling purchase orders, billing
  • Scheduling in-person meetings and virtual team meetings, Managing conference and meeting room calendars.
  • Scheduling deliveries of products and services to the office and tracking them according to invoices.
  • Assisting IT in purchasing, distributing, and collecting equipment (onboarding, offboarding) , Assisting in collecting and entering data and creating presentation (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Keeping receipts, files, and deck organized on the shared folder by month/functio
  • Managing monthly office expenses, such as creating credit card report (AMEX), keeping receipts in order on file/shared drive.

Standard admin duties.
Requirement:

Degree or diploma in Business Administration is an asset.

  • Health and Safety in the Workplace training is an asset but not required.

Skills Soft/Functional

  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Past experience in Insurance company would be an assest.
Must adhere to Backcheck Policy and vaccination policy.
