Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Filing, sorting of documents, data entry.
  • Prepare DO, PO & Invoice.
  • Attend to customer enquiries.
  • Follow up payment / quotation.
  • Assist Managers on administration works.
  • Assist in daily operational matters.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ’O’ Levels, NITEC, Diploma, Degree or relevant certificates.
  • Technical or Engineering qualifications preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in Quickbook.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Enjoys being a team player and multi-tasking.
  • Willing to learn and work independently.
