Description:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Admin Executive. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support other administrative staff and assist in various projects as needed.
