OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADMIN EXECUTIVE TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

• Close job batches, update quotes, and manage billing processes
• Documents scanning/ retrieving for both internal external customers as needed
• Responsible for data collection
• Handle order requests and track backordered items with inventory updates
• Coordinate with suppliers

• Maintain workplace standardsAll other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevantfield of studies
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Admin experiences
