As an Admin executive, you play a crucial part in our team’s overall performance. Strong operational support allows our consultants to be able to focus on engaging their clients with their vision and problem-solving capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. Professional Diploma and above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and resourceful
- Must be independent and able to multi-task
- Great attention to detail and team player

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration including office management, travel arrangements, and company events for staff members
- Manage communication with all IT services, partners, and providers.
- Maintain proper filing of documents for internal and external documents
- Handle monthly utilities, supplier and staff payments for company and its related companies
- Lead the induction/orientation of onboarding staff as required (Issuing company property to new staff members) as well as offboarding requirements
- Plan and organize team bonding sessions & celebration of festivities
- Assist senior staff members in coordination with external vendors, fund administrators, partners etc.
- Support financial controller in coordination with stakeholders for annual audit
- Other administrative and support assignment/duties as and when required
