Description:

We are a signage company located in Loyang Drive. We design, manufacture and install signage for various clients that range from government agencies, Malls, MNCs etc..
We are seeking to hire an Admin & HR Assistant to work at Loyang Drive.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words) to create own tables for tracking expiries
  • Good communication via phone and thru email to liase internally and external parties
  • Consistent & neat - be able to maintain good filing recordsSelf motivated and proactive to contribute good ideas to organisation to improve on systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to apply workers to training courses and maintain good record to ensure renewal before expiry
  • Arrange company lorry vehicles to servicing, road tax renewal and towing if breakdown.
  • Maintain records and filing of some inventory items assigned.
  • To prepare delivery orders for installation/delivery teams and follow up on un-signed copies.
