REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and managerial roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Lead the front desk team to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors. Oversee tasks including student registration, managing walk-ins, and addressing parent inquiries.
- Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract and enrol new students. Engage with prospective families through various channels (phone, email, events) and provide detailed information on our programs. Manage the enrolment process, from registration to payment and scheduling.
- Centre Management: Oversee the Centre’s daily operations, including staff scheduling, cleanliness, orderliness, and supply management. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and support administrative and front desk staff. Conduct probationary and performance reviews, provide feedback, and offer opportunities for professional growth. Train new staff on Centre procedures, systems, and best practices. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging and motivating staff.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians. Address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, serving as the primary contact throughout their child’s enrolment.
- Administrative Support: Oversee class scheduling, student record management, and report preparation. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth class operations and effective parent communication regarding student progress.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects related to enrolment and operations, including monitoring and reconciling payments, processing refunds, and overseeing budgetary considerations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to the Centre Manager on operational issues, performance metrics, and staff performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure high-quality education and support. Promote teamwork and effective communication within the Centre.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of operation and service delivery.
