About the Role
As an Administrative Officer – Emergency Services, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Emergency Department, assisting Medical, Nursing, and clinical support staff in delivering exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative duties in line with operational plans and procedures, ensuring seamless coordination of Emergency Support Services. This role will see you contributing to a team-focused environment, delivering support services that uphold best practices, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Emergency Services in accordance with government policies and organisational priorities.
You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service, adhering to the Hospital’s policies on patient information. Your contribution will ensure the smooth running of Emergency Department operations, with a strong focus on safety, cost-effectiveness, and the delivery of a standardised administrative support service.
