Responsibilities:

  • Arrange/plan office space, ambience, etc
  • Oversees the Office assistant and securities duties
  • Ensure that all company owned vehicles have valid licences, insurances, state and local government permits are obtained and renewed as at when due also this include the Subsidiaries and Associate Company’s
  • Prepare report on Staff attendance both in Head office
  • Oversees Fleet management – that is fueling, maintenance and repairs of company owned vehicles and regions inclusive.
  • Coordinate all subsidiary and associate company’s administrative office
  • Receive & Keep records of all in-coming and out-going mails
  • Oversee store management – that is stationery, purchase, distribution and checking of re-order level and monthly stock inventories are carried out on a regular basis.
  • Follow up on all request made by company to various vendors and compliance to the procurement policy
  • Maintain, arrange in chronological order all administrative files and update when required.
  • Assist in the management of company facilities
  • Assist in the management of the vendors and contractors
  • Assist the HR in delivery major recruitment and other HR functions activities as assigned.
  • Other assignment may be assigned from time to time.
