Description:
- We are seeking to employ an admin officer who will be responsible for managing the office area and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILL SET
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 5 Years and Above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Google Apps).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations and transportation for business trips on behalf staff and company guests.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by the various heads.
- Attend meetings with the various heads, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage expenses and carry out reconciliation duties.
- Submit various remittances, letters and proposals to relevant parties.
- Generate remita for various financial transactions.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company or by its representatives.
