SUMMARY:

Contract Period: From 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025
Option to extend from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026

ROLE:

This is a full-time, onsite, Admin Operations Officer Role in MOE School . If you are selected,
You will work closely with the Admin Manager in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Tampines and Tampines East ) in the day-to-day activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Frontline reception counter duties.
b) Preparation and verification of documents.
c) Maintaining and updating of data records.
d) Compilation, analysis of statistics.
e) Filing and other general admin duties.
f) Maintain lost and found records including tallying of the account.
g) Rendering of basic first aid assistance to students.
h) Adhoc duties/tasks assigned by the school.
