JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMIN/PAYROLL ASSISTANT (ARKLOW OFFICE)

Job Title: Admin/Payroll Assistant
Location: Arklow Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in timekeeping and payroll processes is critical.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with foremen and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Team Player: Willingness to assist in other administrative duties as needed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in payroll, administration, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
