Description:

We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity within our Admin and Resource Team who are the life-blood of CSWS, allowing us to operate smoothly. This role is to coordinate and manage our team of Administrators, ensuring record keeping, registrations and payments are made accurately.
The Admin and Resource Coordinator will help develop a new team of dedicated staff. Creating and developing processes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service.

EXPERIENCE

Experience of supervising staff.
Experience of motivating, empowering and supporting people to achieve goals.
Able to work collaboratively to provide evidence of the impact our work has in supporting carers.
Excellent communication skills, able to negotiate, build relationships, advocate for people, and inspire others.
Able to work autonomously when required.
Highly competent in use of IT and experience of using a database or CRM system and a willingness to develop further.
Able to think creatively about the support available to help carers to set realistic goals.
Ability to readily travel, including rural locations and out of office hours.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

  • Support the IAG Manager to lead and line manage a team of Carer Services Administrators and a Systems & Data administrator.
  • Work with IAG Manager to grow and develop services including identifying gaps, managing risks and demand, proactively seeking opportunities, increasing the digital offer and supporting funding bids to respond to changing needs.
  • Provide day to day operational management of staff and volunteers to ensure that outcomes are achieved within budget and contract compliance and funder requirements are met.
  • Support the administrative functions across the organisation including but not limited to; Helpline, Household Support/Hardship Funding Applications, Carer Equipment, Mailouts, Carer Emergency Card, Premises/Resources, CRM development, maintenance and data cleansing as well as support to the Carer Assessment team as and when required.
  • Oversee work allocation supporting staff to meet KPIs and provide a high-quality service.
  • Build internal relationships and encourage team to share good practice and work collaboratively with the wider staff group.
