Description:
Job Description:
- Manage day to day operation supporting Sales and Technical teams including processing, quotations, purchase order, invoice etc.
- To liaise and coordinate to customers request and delivery.
- To provide good support and customer service to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- To liaise with suppliers from Singapore and Overseas.
- General sales administrative duties.
- Assist with account payable and receivable transactions.
- Photo taking of products and services for our daily social media post.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCT O Level and above.
- Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words).
- Ability to communicate effectively to both customers and colleagues.
- Attentive to details and an eye for photography.
- A good team player and also able to work Independently.
- Account Experience advantageous.
- Working Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm.
