POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Patient & Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into appointments and enhancing patient engagement across our multi-specialty services. This role combines sales techniques with exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
  • Actively follow up with potential patients through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Identify patient needs and effectively communicate our services and benefits.
  • Patient Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Provide information about our multi-specialty services, treatment options, and promotions.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Appointment Management:
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry and maintain records in our management system.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-appointment to gather feedback and encourage referrals.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with medical staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and communication.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve clinic processes.
