POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Patient & Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into appointments and enhancing patient engagement across our multi-specialty services. This role combines sales techniques with exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless patient experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Actively follow up with potential patients through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into appointments.
- Identify patient needs and effectively communicate our services and benefits.
- Patient Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Provide information about our multi-specialty services, treatment options, and promotions.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Appointment Management:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Ensure accurate patient data entry and maintain records in our management system.
- Customer Service:
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-appointment to gather feedback and encourage referrals.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and communication.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve clinic processes.
