Description:
ADMIN SALES WANTED!
We are Saenz Global, an elite back-office support team for roofing professionals. Our mission is to be the leading admin team for roofers nationwide in the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Sales to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Meticulously monitor and manage leads from three sources: our website through Calendly, Facebook Ads, and incoming calls
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients upon initial contact, gathering relevant information (name, company, contact details, time zone, roofing installation volume, etc.)
- Cold call and perform data entry to vet potential clients
- Schedule discovery calls with clients performing ten or more roof installations per month
- Input data into Go High Level, ensuring comprehensive notes are added
- Maintain and update accuracy across all sales systems, including Go High Level, Monday, and Honeybook
- Monitor Slack channels for notifications of scheduled discovery calls and conduct necessary client research
- Confirm client attendance for scheduled discovery calls and execute follow-ups as required
- Set triggers and reminders for the sales leader to follow up on leads and tasks
- Provide assistance to the sales team as needed and manage notification to the team via Slack
- Operate Honeybook for sending brochures and invoices to clients
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and handle general sales tasks assigned by management
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process, making it more efficient and effective
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team for process improvements
