Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op and creating a customer experience that makes a difference in our members lives. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer the telephone and assist at front counter (bill payment , memberships).
  • Assist when needed: filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis, monthly mailing of customer statements and annual equity statement preparation.
  • Assist with the preparation of coin for the Tidel machine.
  • Mail preparation pickup or delivery.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
