This position within the company is aimed at increasing support and peer review structures for the Project Delivery Team (Busbar) to lead further improvements in Admin Support performance. BB Admin Support (Lead) will provide leadership for the wider group of BB Admin Support to maintain and improve standards within the group. The role will require a peer review and management of other BB Admin Supports in addition to the other Admin Support functions. The goal will be to ensure priority of workflow of critical and priority projects through the BB Admin Support group to ensure information is always available to support any pending dependencies (e.g. production, etc…).

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Delivery Team Managers to ensure projects are processed and prioritised inline with client programmes and business requirements.
- Monitor quality of wider BB Admin support group and support with any training as required.
- Set up new projects in IFS for assigned engineers.
- Creating project folder & adding project number to multiple systems.
- Issuing of technical submittals, O&M manuals, NDA’s etc
- IFS – Setting up new parts (PDM), part requisitions
- Creating manufacturing documentation for internal systems & on Google Sheets for UAE, all documentation taken from a Revit script & changed to match format for loading to systems.
- Load all manufacturing documentation on IFS and Cut List including adding production dates for scheduling based of programme from clients confirmed with engineer.
- Create a tracker for parts delivery to site for the Contracts manager, keeping all trackers up to date with latest information.
- Generate shipping request for pallet deliveries to site, organise time slots for delivery & dispatch from factory on engineer’s request.
- Keep updated tracker as parts are delivered to site.
- Close out project documentation and archive closed project documentation.
- General office admin works.
- Assisting Site based engineers with project queries.
