Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify and analyze Fiera Funds operating fees
- Prepare and review Fiera Funds operating fees budgets
- Prepare payment instructions
- Contact and follow up with vendors and internal teams on invoice related matters
- Respond to questions relating to fund accounting
- Prepare reports to provide to regulatory authorities
- Participate in various projects to optimize accounting processes for Fiera Funds
- Respond to ad hoc requests
Must have requirements to be successful in this role :
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting basics
- Experience in the finance industry (asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Initiative and analytical skills
- Autonomous, sense of organization and ability to prioritize
- Client-service oriented and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluently bilingual (spoken and written)
