Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify and analyze Fiera Funds operating fees
  • Prepare and review Fiera Funds operating fees budgets
  • Prepare payment instructions
  • Contact and follow up with vendors and internal teams on invoice related matters
  • Respond to questions relating to fund accounting
  • Prepare reports to provide to regulatory authorities
  • Participate in various projects to optimize accounting processes for Fiera Funds
  • Respond to ad hoc requests

Must have requirements to be successful in this role :

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting basics
  • Experience in the finance industry (asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Initiative and analytical skills
  • Autonomous, sense of organization and ability to prioritize
  • Client-service oriented and team spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluently bilingual (spoken and written)
