Responsibilities:

The Business Information Network (www.wur.nl/bedrijveninformatienet) is a network of approximately 1,500 agricultural and horticultural companies, 100 cutters and other vessels active in fishing, and 150 forestry companies. Within Wageningen Economic Research, around 65 administrative employees maintain this network.
As an administrative assistant, you will record financial and sustainability data of Dutch agricultural and horticultural companies in our database. Your tasks mainly include entering various technical and financial business data, such as existing sustainable production resources, animal numbers, working hours, invoices from suppliers and customers, processing batch payments, administering loans, etc. You derive this data from central databases, (digital) invoices from suppliers and customers, or information provided by the agricultural entrepreneur.

These excellent secondary employment benefits come with a fitting salary. Depending on your experience, we offer a competitive salary up to a maximum of €3,365 for a full workweek of 36 hours in accordance with the CAO Wageningen Research (scale 6). If you do not fully meet the job requirements yet, a starting scale 5 may apply.
You will receive an employment contract through a staffing agency.
