Description:

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Daily accounting tasks including Invoicing, receipting, petty cash management and financial reconciliation across all aspects of the Emirates Dubai 7s and The Sevens Stadia including liaising directly with appropriate internal departments. (ED7s & TSS)
  • Managing AR account set up for ticket sales & team registration. (ED7s)
  • Coordinating with HO for VAT related issues across all aspects of the business (ED7s and TSS)
  • Final reconciliation and reporting of Ticket Sales & Team Registration & Refunds (DR7)
  • Coordinating payment / prepayment requests, invoice validation/vetting and final reconciliation with event operating partner (Falcon Associates) (ED7s)
  • All accounting related assignments relating to commercial partnerships including barter and cash payments (TSS &ED7s)
  • Produce monthly financial reports for snr management to inform strategic decision making (TSS)
  • Supplier and customer KYC management including all POS related queries.(ED7s & TSS)
  • Management expenses related to facility maintenance including raising of manual POs working alongside Facilities Site Manager (ED7s & TSS)
  • Update and keep record for permanent staff OT & process timesheet for temp staff

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: EXPERIENCE:

Finance & Insurance/Accounts : 5+ Years
Experience in Financial Accounting and Administrative

QUALIFICATION:

12 Years schooling or equivalent :

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office & Excel

Responsibilities:

To perform finance and administrative related duties including amongst others receipting, invoicing, petty cash management, ticket reconciliation and financial reporting to support the operations of both the Emirates Dubai 7s and The Sevens Stadia.
