As an administration assistant you will be an integral part of the administrative team, responsible for a range of tasks that keep our operation running smoothly, your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to maintaining the company’s efficient and effective work environment.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day activities.
The full-time Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Admin Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and develop your career in administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing and data entry.
  • Support with documentation including employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining personal records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Assist with the raising and completion of purchase orders on our in-house software.
  • Assist with processing orders and updating department trackers (uniform, equipment, stationery).
  • Assisting with import and export documentation and requests.
  • Receiving and reconciling internal deliveries.
  • Packaging and labelling goods for dispatch.
  • Arranging couriers on various networks.
  • Assisting with in-house events.
