Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to client queries as required.
- Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team.
- Maintain client database and update client details as required.
- Work in collaboration with the team to prepare and lodge ATO and ASIC documentation.
- Ensure stationery and office supplies are in stock and at adequate levels.
- Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners.
- Other duties as required.
