  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft office, B2B software and stock control systems is advantageous

    Job Type: Full-time, office based (Havant, UK)
    Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 hours Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
    Salary – competitive salary according to experience

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders and allocating them for fulfilment
  • Dispatching and invoicing orders; raising credit notes
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Monitoring and updating ETA’s of products to the warehouse
  • Liaising with hauliers and import agents coordinating deliveries of goods to the warehouse
  • Processing claims
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and third parties
  • Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date
