Description:

22.5 HOURS PER WEEK, ACROSS 4 DAYS.

This is a busy post providing support with a range of administration and financial admin duties, significantly contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will support payroll administration, inputting timesheet information and liaise with the Payroll team to resolve queries. You will assist with paperwork for new starters, maintain staff files and customer plans.

Other duties will include:

  • Providing data / generate reports, meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Greet visitors to the service, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and assisted during their visit.
  • Deal with enquires by phone and email.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and induction.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post, process goods orders and handle invoices.

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A good standard of general education with good basic levels of numeracy, reading and writing in English.
  • Experience of working with admin systems and procedures.
  • A great telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in accordance with the needs of the service.
