About the role

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our tight-knit team at the Mellor Olsson Clare office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with drafting and proofreading documents and correspondence
  • Dictation typing
  • Conducting searches and utilising government portals
  • Calendar, email and appointment management
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and stakeholder management
  • Assisting with billing
  • General administrative duties such as copying, e-filing and document management as required

About you

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Previous legal administrative experience
  • A high attention to detail and very good organisational skills
  • Ideally knowledge of Affinity software and proven ability to pick up new technology
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage competing priorities
  • Be resilient to change and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit excellent time management and communication skills
  • A strong commitment to go above and beyond for clients
  • Confidence, proactivity and ‘can do’ approach
