Responsibilities:
As an NFU Mutual Office Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the team in our Sherborne Agency where you’ll support our team to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our team and our customers throughout the insurance renewal process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and distributing insurance renewal documents, updating our Renewal Management systems, scheduling renewal appointments for customers, processing payments, and performing any other necessary tasks.
Additionally, you will assist the team with general administrative duties within the office, such as printing, scanning, data entry, answering calls, organising meetings, and managing office supplies and equipment.
This is a new role within the organisation so you will have a real opportunity make this your own whilst ensuring that you provide a high level of administrative support to our team and our customers.
