Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continual growth, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Admin Assistant to join our talented Planet Plumbing NSW Construction team in Campsie.
Working closely with the State Manager and NSW construction team, you will assist in resolving issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all project documentation is actioned and up to date.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist our State Manager with general administrative duties in support of the NSW construction operations e.g. site-related documentation, report generation, etc.
  • As required, be the liaison between the State Manager & other key members of the construction team e.g. construction/project/site managers.
  • Receptionist like duties; such as ensuring visitors are signing in/out, answering phone calls, accepting deliveries, etc.
