The role
The Administration Assistant for the Office of Research and Innovation (ORI) is responsible for responsible for providing, developing, and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and high quality administrative and secretarial support across the Branch (ORI) when and as required. This role is required to contribute to the improvement of business processes and systems that enhance the functioning of the office and is a central point of coordination and communication to help drive professional development and enhancement of Branch culture. As the Office of Research and Innovation is growing rapidly, this role will also provide support across the Branch on HR activities and correspondence when and as required.
