Administration Overview: Our Administration Assistants are the warm and welcoming face of our reception area. They greet visitors and answer telephone queries with professionalism and courtesy while providing support to our residents and their families. As part of the business team, you’ll become familiar with the residents and support them as they go about their daily lives within the Home.
You’ll be an essential part of the team, providing administrative support to the Business Relationship Manager and assisting with tasks like payroll, invoice processing, recruitment and maintaining staff records. This role is incredibly diverse, offering new challenges and opportunities for growth each day.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support for up to 45 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
