Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • The role will be to assist in the day to day running of the administration/engineering team
  • Supporting the Technical Team Support Manager/Senior Technical Services Manager
  • Collation of Engineer attendance via internal time management system (Kronos) & SAP
  • Using internal CAFM systems
  • Ensuring the timely processing of invoices on SAP/Basware and being the escalation for the accounts team
  • Liaising with TFM’s/GSM’s and other required staff to ensure a smooth running of services across the contract.
  • Adhere to the company and client’s health and safety requirements.
  • Provide cover for other regions where required.
  • Cross checking/ensuring accuracy of quotations and contract change requests.
  • Provide support during and after any internal or external audits.
