Admin & Bookings Assistant | Fitzwilliam Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Bookings Team at Fitzwilliam Hospital. As an Admin & Bookings Assistant, you will be part of the fast paced Bookings team required to book all Theatre procedures. You will provide high levels of customer service when handling enquiries and inputting accurate records to ensure all bookings are managed effectively and within an appropriate time scale.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Handle all enquiries and book Theatre procedures.
  • Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments
  • Maintain Theatres sessions and associated admin
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with consultants and medical secretaries
