Job Description
We are seeking individuals with a background in Administration interested in working part-time 3 days for a fixed term of 3 months in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in our office at Deakin ACT.
This role is to coordinate and deliver a range of high quality administrative business processes and services for the provision of Occupational Rehabilitation services to our business, customers, and clients.
- Accurate data entry into and maintenance of IPAR’s client database system;
- Generating and processing invoices;
- Basic debtor reporting and oversight of collections of overdue accounts;
- Basic customer data reporting and analysis;
- Manage incoming calls and email enquiries;
- Liaise with business colleagues and customers, as necessary, to support the collection and retrieval of relevant information or details, to support the effective delivery of our services;
- Provide information and advice to clients, or prospective clients, to ensure a high level of customer service is provided;
- Provide excellent customer service to business colleagues, clients and customers;
- Assist with all ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
