Description:
Entry Level Administrative Clerk position. Individual will be responsible for assisting key personnel in the job site /office. The prospective employee may have to report to the job site office trailer.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional organization skills
- Detail oriented.
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Able to work independently and within a team setting.
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated
- 2-5 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and track daily timekeeping records.
- Manage the employee call-in line.
- Monitor and control office supply inventory for site trailer.
- File and organize documents.
- Operate standard office equipment, printers, laminators, etc.
- Assist with project event planning, as needed.
- Submit reports or files to the client with accuracy.
