Fort St. John Co-operative is hiring a part time Administration Clerk for our Administration Office located at 7315 – 100th Avenue, Fort St. John, BC.

You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- You have completed high school.
- You have 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- You’re familiar with office equipment, including photocopiers and mailing systems.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and stive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Responsibilities:
You will provide excellent customer service by addressing members’ needs professionally and efficiently by:
- Assisting in processing, reconciling, and auditing daily business, ensuring all cash ups are posted correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining files and filing systems as needed.
- Answering phones in a courteous manner, directing calls and/or responding to inquiries.
- Adhering to all Fort St. John Co-op policies and procedures.
- Strongly representing our values of Integrity, Commitment and Responsibility.
