Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Chief Risk Officer and supporting the Risk Analyst, you will be based on-site in Homebush West. Your responsibilities include assisting the team in achieving their Risk Management objectives by maintaining the electronic Risk Management System and helping prepare for the organisations risk workshops.
Responsibilities include;
- Assisting with the Business Continuity Planning manual by gathering updated information, formatting, and updating stakeholder manuals
- Assisting with the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery training by researching scenarios, preparing documents, setting up and dismantling rooms, and coordinating personnel.
- Assist in preparing the Quarterly Risk Committee pack by collating and reformatting information as needed and liaising with Franchisor departments to obtain necessary documentation.
- Maintaining all office equipment including ordering stationary.
- General administration duties including organisation of meetings and diary management.
