Description:

  • Permanent, full time role
  • 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Starting rate $23.84 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

This is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Invercargill office. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing financial records, accounts payable, processing orders, and performing general reception duties as needed. A positive, can-do attitude will be crucial to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Admin Manager. We are looking for an organised, adaptable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
