Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys working in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary team environment to support us in the delivery of a quality service.
You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services for Specialist Services, University College London Hospital at Queen Square.
This is a permanent full- time role with working hours of 37.5 hours a week. You will be expected to come to the office 5 days a week (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00).
Improve RTT for Specialist Services.
Work on waiting lists for Ataxia Service.
Monitor post/shared mailbox.
Provide cross cover when needed.
Manage and answer telephone calls related to the service in a courteous and prompt manner, taking telephone messages and passing on written or verbal information.
You should have good organisation skills and administrative experiences are essential. You will be required have IT skills using Microsoft Office and have experience of similar NHS IT system.
You will provide clinic administrative support for consultants, junior doctor’s Allied Health Professional & nursing teams to ensure resources and services are delivered on time.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, a high degree of empathy, diplomacy and integrity.
You will be required to demonstrate sensitivity, professionalism and awareness of customer service needs.
As a member of our team, you will have high personal and professional standards and will seek to support those around you to deliver high quality services.
The post holder will be expected to maintain the Trust core values and ensure a high standard to the services and patient care are met and sustained at all times.
