Description:

Job Description:

  • Assist in the smooth running of daily business activities.
  • Provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks for easy and accurate data retrieval.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assist in sales administration to support company sales activities.
  • Handle telephone inquiries, manage incoming calls, take messages, and process mail.
  • Maintain and update administrative records accurately.
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system (both paper and electronic formats) to ensure document traceability.
  • Track documents before submitting them to the relevant department.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
  • Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks as required by supervisors or management.
