Description:
Job Description:
- Assist in the smooth running of daily business activities.
- Provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Perform data entry tasks for easy and accurate data retrieval.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in sales administration to support company sales activities.
- Handle telephone inquiries, manage incoming calls, take messages, and process mail.
- Maintain and update administrative records accurately.
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system (both paper and electronic formats) to ensure document traceability.
- Track documents before submitting them to the relevant department.
- Manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors or management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Capable of multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks as required by supervisors or management.
