Hays are proud to be partnering with a global company who are currently seeking an administration and coordination assistant to join their Melbourne team. Based in Mulgrave, we are seeking candidates who are interested in a long-term engagement with the client with a view to future permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Engaging with clients and assigning technicians to maintenance work
  • Raising invoices for relevant departments
  • Triaging the request through the online system with a high attention to detail and accuracy to ensure a streamlined repair
  • Processing orders where required
  • General administrative support to the maintenance team
