ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, COMPUTER AND MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the School Manager, the Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tertiary qualification relevant to this role or equivalent tertiary experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in management of a medium to large organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in a tertiary education environment.

Start Date is expected to be January 2025
Salary Range: $88,000 - $107,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
- Operational, resource maintenance and planning: Support the School Manager with reports, analysis, and advice for resource/operational planning in the School.
- Manage people transactional activities and recruitment of staff: Work alongside the School Manager in recruitment and transactional activities of staff.
- Management of Administration Staff: managing staff reporting directly to this role.
- Providing financial advice: Provide reports, analysis, and advice in all areas for the financial planning for the school
- Assist with Budgets: Assist with the preparation and management of budgets and projects in support of the school manager
