CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager in London.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee the receipt of all carrier and supplier invoices. You will be responsible for processing invoices into our system, identifying discrepancies, creating customer recharges, requesting credits from carriers for overcharges, and approving and delivering accurate invoices for billing to ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts and invoices, and manage a team of professionals. You will also maintain key relationships with International Agents, UK Overnight carriers, and UKONI team stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with UK and International agents ensuring all programmed system costs are correct and up to date, tariffs are received in time for cost to be programmed in system and assessed for new year trading.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyse processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
  • Prepare and analyse reports, including aging reports, projections, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Train and develop team, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for finance.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed.
