Our Administration Managers are the organisational backbone of our bustling holiday parks. A role of variation and opportunity, you’ll work closely with all departments to ensure the park runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

As the new Admin Avenger, you’ll be an ambassador for all things organisation and administration excellence. This means:

  • Ensuring seasonal workers at your park get paid on time.
  • Working in collaboration with all departments to ensure they are up to date with things like Health & Safety standards, audits and compliance standards.
  • Looking after the money that the park makes and making sure it’s banked properly.
  • Ensuring the park is managing data legally and confidentially, within GDPR standards.
  • Helping all departments with seasonal recruitment from planning, advertising, and preparing for recruitment events.
