Description:

The Virtual Ward has been expanding month to month and in order for us to continue to grow, we are looking for an admin manager that will join our team and support the service to develop further as a fixed term contract for 6 months. We are looking for someone who has great communications skills, can support the team with administration tasks, work with and analyse data and can work flexibly within a busy environment.
You will provide administrative support to the virtual ward team and will be responsible for developing administrative systems to ensure robust monitoring of the service.
You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure the effective running of the service including call handling, appointments and follow-ups, tracking of equipment, setting up meetings, collecting and analysing data, etc.
This role continues to evolve as the service develops.
