Description:
RENCH FARM, DRUMCLOG
The Administration Apprentice assists the Training Co-ordinators with all aspects of training administration. This role reports directly to the Training Office & Quality Manager. The role includes the opportunity to work towards the Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Qualification.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular use of Excel
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on own initiative

Responsibilities:
Training Administration:
- Reception duties including answering the phone, assisting with enquiries and welcoming training candidates
- Filing & Archiving
- Updating and maintaining the QTS Training Competence Management System
- Completion of training data recording and analysis
- Assisting with training course co-ordination as required
Training Co-ordination:
Assisting with:
- Course planning
- Liaising with trainers and assessors
- Taking bookings and receiving customer payments
- Notifying results
- Applying for competence cards and certificates
Additional duties:
- Covering Administrator and Training Co-ordinator roles (holidays & illness)
- Any other relevant duties requested
- Working towards Business Administration at SCQF Level 6 Qualification
