Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting for an Administration Officer to join our Premium Administration team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be the face and key administrative support for our Premium Wineries.
This role is full-time and fixed-term 10 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Accounts management, purchase order and invoice processing, including new supplier set-up using JDE system.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and incoming telephone calls.
- Manage onsite employees, visitors, and contractors with our workplace sign in system
- Maintain the management of documents and paperwork
- Maintain the management of records and spreadsheets
- Coordinate catering for meetings and functions
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing ordering
- General housekeeping
