We are seeking Administration Officers to join our team.
- Position Location: Ballarat, Stawell or Horsham
- Multiple Positions Available
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide administrative support, at the direction of the Team Leader, during the referral and assessment process.
- Liaise with relevant staff regarding acceptance and allocation of referrals.
- Assist assessment delegates with administrative tasks such as printing and sending client letters.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Support the smooth operation of the assessment process.
- Work as part of the Aged Care Assessment - Grampians Team to coordinate client referrals and link with appropriate service providers.
- Support the delivery of coordinated and transparent services through the centralised client record and My Aged Care Gateway.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to assist with administrative requirements related to assessment services for My Aged Care clients. The Assessment is designed for people who may need entry-level support to help them stay at home or for more complex support related to Home Care Packages, entry into Residential Care, Respite Services and other related services. Administration Officers work as part of a highly skilled and collaborative administrative team delivering support and guidance to the Aged Care Assessment team to deliver high quality assessments, with a focus on client experience.
