Responsibilities:

The Administration Officer (Service Dockets) you will work within our Facilities Management Business in World Square (flexibility offered) supporting the Finance Manager. The role will see you liaising with our internal team to review, update and modify service dockets from our trades team.

This role is based in Sydney, NSW (World Square).

  • Support the wider Finance and Trade Services Team
  • Review, Update and Modify Technician Service Dockets
  • Work across our Alliance system
  • Data Management and Classification
  • Reporting
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
