First Peoples - State Relations Group in the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking a talented and passionate individual committed to progressing the Victorian Government’s nation leading work with First Peoples. Working within the Treaty Negotiations and Strategy Division, the Administration Officer will support the delivery of division priorities by providing responsive administrative and project management support to the executive team and to teams across the division.

As the Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality, responsive, and confidential secretarial, administrative, and executive support to the Treaty Negotiations and Strategy Division executives, including diary, email, and file management. Other responsibilities include managing communications and approvals with integrity and autonomy, assisting with stakeholder meetings and events, supporting project administration and maintaining document management systems.
